Understanding sweat. Planning for the heat.
Helpful data to have. I’ve been using the hDrop sweat monitor to better understand my sweat and sodium losses and hopefully prevent some of the cramps I experience at the end of long events when it’s hot and humid in Florida. I especially like the Sweat Zone feature to see how my well my hydration strategies are working over the course of a training run. On top of that, the company provides excellent customer service and has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions.

It is been awesome being able to track hydration on my players. Some of them struggle with heat, and being able to benchmark them helped us buy the appropriate supplements.

It’s nice to have data to look at after a workout to see where I can modify my sodium quantities.
